Platinum Plumbing & Heating of Suffolk is looking to adopt a family in need for the 2012 Holiday Season. Platinum Plumbing & Heating will donate and install a brand new heating and hot water system, value not to exceed $6500. Qualified candidates will be entered into a lottery drawing and (1) winner will be picked.
To qualify as a candidate you must:
be a Lindenhurst resident
provide your name, address and phone number
live south of Montauk Hwy.
own and occupy the residence
provide proof of ownership
have in your home an existing heating and hot water system damaged beyond repair (due to Hurricane Sandy)
submit hardship explanation by 12/14/12 to dstress2@optonline.net for consideration
be present on 12/16/12 when Platinum Plumbing & Heating announces the family to receive this wonderful gift
be present during the installation
fulfill all requirements within one month of the drawing date
